Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING TIMELINES
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure all delivery
information is correct at checkout to avoid processing delays.
Standard Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing: Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being
handed over to our courier partners.
Important Note on Pre-Orders:
Items purchased on pre-order do not follow standard shipping timelines. Pre-order items are estimated to
ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, or as otherwise specified on the individual product
page.
If your order contains a combination of both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held
and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items
sooner, please place separate orders.
2. DELIVERY & TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking
number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to
update on the courier portal.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns
within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:
Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Any footwear returns must include the original shoe box in undamaged condition, protected inside an outer
shipping box.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns that are soiled, altered, or
damaged will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please access our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number
and the details of the items you wish to return. You will be provided with instructions on where and how to
send your package.
Please note that unless an item is faulty or an error was made on our part, customers are responsible for the
cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
